The maintenance lead was assisting in retrieving the dredge steering cable anchor out of the water that was attached to the steering cable of the dredge. Rapid movement of the cable laterally made contact at ankle, knocked them off their feet and pinned them to the ground. Bruising of the ankle, scratches and contusion to the skin, ankle and knee sprain(right leg).

Employee was working with other employees changing out plastic coated screens in a shaker deck assembly. No visible bruising, light to moderate swelling with pain realized behind the kneecap. Unable to keep full weight on right leg without discomfort.
Got particles of sand in eyes after removing safety glassed to wipe eyes
Employee assisting to replace shim pack on cutter head driveline at the dredge. Suspended driveline segment shifted, impacting the middle finger, ring finger and pinkie finger of left hand.
Associate was climbing down the ladder of and metal hatch came down on EE's hard hat and striking EE in the head. EE's face was pressed against the metal ladder. Bruising of nose and strain neck.
Employee tripped over lifting eye at edge of dredge deck.
While removing a magnet from the shaft of a bucket elevator the right thumb of the Feazel Electrical employee was pinched between EE's pliers and a guard causing a laceration on the top of EE's thumb.
Employee was changing screens on Rotex separator with co-worker when EE felt a sharp pain in EE's lower back.
Employee was working in baghouse, with doors opened for cleaning. Co-worker went to exit and door fell, striking employee on the right shoulder
EE was installing splice plate onto hopper section of silo (B) TK402 access via ladder boots were muddy due to rain, employee slipped and fell about 4'. Fall resulted a lower leg injury employee was taken to hospital, x-ray determined a fractured tibula. Silo construction/mine development.
